Unless otherwise stated arrival to public performances are via the foyer at the front of the building.

A front of house team will be waiting to take your enquiries, tickets and welcome you to the performance. At most performances the bar will be open to the general public. The theatre opens to audiences 30 minutes prior to a performance (where technically possible).

We ask that patrons do not park directly in front of the foyer entrances!

One entrance will have wheelchair ramps for those who require these. The auditorium is at ground level as is the male and female lavatories. A disabled lavatory is accessible in the building for those who require this.

If you need to book tickets, have a meeting with the staff or have a query you need to attend the box office and this is accessible by the stage door entrance.

The box office is open 15 minutes before and after classes for general enquiries, booking of tickets etc. However, if you need longer than this please contact the team on 01642 363334 to arrange a longer appointment. Again arrival would be via the stage door.
